I feel it needs shading on the skin area specifically as the neck. Also the arms.

It would be good if It was all coloured. Perhaps some warm colours with brown to created something tense or something appropriate.

I am really lad you considered the lighting. You could There is a concept of shadow throughout the whole world. Also, you could illustrate the lines to give ideas like movement of the world and it's characters as well.

I really love how you position the perspective that the audience can look down to emphasise the need to hold on.
